Farley Bridge resurfacing RDA (remote): Commissioners, see accompanying Highway Dept. RDA. Upon receipt of additional information, the official RDA will be posted in the Agenda Packet accompanying this agenda on the Town website.

Bowen’s Pond dam removal NOI hearing continuance: Please review the accompanying documents including a Road Commission Review; comments from Adam Kohl; Stockman Associates’ 3rd party review; and 3 documents from GZA: a Request for Variance, responses to the Stockman review and responses to public comments; etc. Earlier relevant documents are in the Agenda Packet accompanying this agenda on the Town Website.

Mr. Robinson has requested that all Conservation Commission meetings be digitally recorded and publicly available. The Commission must approve forwarding $2200 payment from Bowens Pond LLC to Stockman Associates.

Annual Report FY24: amendments and/or approval required prior to submission to the Selectboard. New deadline is March 13. Please see the accompanying document or refer to the Agenda Packet with this agenda on the Town website.
