- Bowen’s Pond dam removal: Water Quality Certification received from DEP. (See attached)
- “Minor Project Change” to Davis Road bridge replacement in State Forest (see attached)
- Lockes Village Road solar plan permit extension request (see 2 attachments)
- 127 Montague Road building permit sign-off (August 30) report
- 71 New Salem Road site visit report
- Ratification vote on library project Enforcement Order issued on August 30, 2024.
- Wood bank report: Logging seems to have expanded westward. The smaller track downhill appears to be there to direct runoff into the wetland. The Highway Commission has not filed the twice requested RDA.
- Report on Mark Stinson’s advice about addressing erosion on a discontinued road. Old Egypt Road is washing into Fiske Brook. Mary has asked Bob Dean at FRCOG how to address wetland violations on discontinued roads.
- Uncontrolled dogs at Fiske Pond are still a problem, as are people bathing their dogs with flea shampoo in the pond. The Selectboard has been informed and has not responded officially.
