Special Town Meeting – February 12, 2025
ARTICLE 1: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds Bills of Prior Year for the Conservation Commission for the sum of $617.57 or take any action thereon.
ARTICLE 2: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds Bills of Prior Year for the Board of Health for the sum of $526.07 or take any action thereon.
ARTICLE 3: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds Bills of Prior Year for the Fire Department for the sum of $914.95 or take any action thereon,
ARTICLE 4: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds Bills of Prior Year for WRATS for the sum of $360.82 or take any action thereon.
ARTICLE 5: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds $2,500 to the Town Clerks salary 001-161-5100 for increased responsibility of monitoring and posting meetings on website.
ARTICLE 6: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds $2755 for Annual Reports 001-1955400 due to printing of multiple reports in fiscal year 2025.
ARTICLE 7: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds $8,000 to be used if needed when hiring a new Town Coordinator, to increase the Town Coordinator salmy 001-123-5110 for the balance of
ARTICLE 8: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds $58,500 for School Transportation 001-300-5416.
ARTICLE 9: To see if the Town will vote to pay from available funds $68,500 for an increased assessment to Swift River School 001-300-5400.
ARTICLE 10: To see if the Town will vote to adopt M.G.L. c 60, 62A which will allow the Treasurer to enter into a payment agreement for up to ten (10) years with taxpayers whose property was liened and entered into Tax Title on or after November l, 2024.
ARTICLE 11: To see if the Town will vote to transfer the surn of $287,678.00 from Free Cash to the Stabilization Fund or take any action thereon.
ARTICLE 12: To transact any other legal business that may come before said meeting or take any action thereon.
