Wendell Community Garden Plot Application Form

Plot assignment packets are available once a plot is assigned. Garden rules are available on the Community Garden page on the Wendell town website. Signature on this application form confirms you agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement and to abide by the guidelines of the program. All plots are assigned on a first come first served basis. If desired, the Community Garden Committee will try to assign the same plots to returning plot holders.

**Plots are available for the gardening season for a fee of $10 per plot.

**If you would like to make a donation to the Wendell Community Garden to help maintain and increase the beauty of the program, please let us know. Monetary donations, material donations, as well as labor will be gratefully appreciated.

Plots are first assigned to residents of Wendell, and then the remaining plots (if any) will be open to assignment to residents of the surrounding area. Returning plot holders have first choice for the plot(s) they used the previous year.

Wendell Community Garden Hold Harmless Agreement: The undersigned adult on behalf of themselves, their spouse, their child and/or children, any family member, agree to protect, defend indemnity and hold harmless the County, Town, The Garden Committee, its officers, officials, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, suits, penalties, losses, damages, judgments or costs of any kind whatsoever (hereinafter “claims”), arising out of or in any way resulting from the activities of said individual of the Town or The Garden Committee. I accept full responsibility for the cost of treatment for any injury, losses, damages or death suffered while taking part in this activity or as a result of taking part in this activity. I also agree to abide by the program guidelines.
